About Dr. Glenda Perez
Dr. Perez began her nursing journey as a certified nursing assistant and worked her way up through various roles, earning her PhD in Nursing from Barry University in 2024. She has been a bedside nurse for 18 years, an advocate for evidence-based education, and a champion for addressing human trafficking in healthcare.
As an award-winning scholar and an active member of Nurses United Against Human Trafficking and the National Association of Hispanic Nurses, Dr. Perez is committed to creating a safer and more inclusive healthcare system.
